We provide our owners with a checklist of essential items required for lettings. Some are very important and some are ‘nice to have’ to enhance the guest experience, ensuring that they keep coming back year after year. Owners should update us of any major changes or upgrades and ensure that electrical goods, appliances and entertainment facilities are well maintained and in good working order. Your management team or housekeeper will do the rest of the preparation and we will manage the guests from arrival until departure.
We only work with owners who are prepared to offer us exclusivity. Unlike many rental management companies, we maintain a manageable portfolio size to ensure that we maximise opportunities for all our owners, no matter their rental goals and requirements. Owners who list with us must agree to work solely with Mountain People going forward. We also manage accounts with the major chalet and rental booking platforms so you never need to worry about missed opportunities.
