This new-build is full of charm and could not be better placed to simultaneously enjoy village life and is only a short walk away from the Grand Massif Express Gondola.

This cosy home provides accommodation for 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms.

The south facing Living / Dining area features glorious views across the valley and access straight onto the balcony outside – perfect for an après-ski drink with glorious snow-capped views of Samoens Les Saix. The dining area comfortably sits 6 people. The large sofa is a perfect place to lounge and relax those tired ski legs after a long day on the slopes.

There are three bedrooms, including 2 double bedrooms (with king size beds) and 1 twin bedroom with zip and link mattresses (can be set up as 2 singles or as 1 super king).

There is a communal garden space outside of the apartment building. Please note that this is a shared space and that children must be supervised at all times.

• The chalet is not wheelchair accessible. For those with reduced mobility, please note that there are stairs and steps within the property.

• As a general rule, the speed of the internet (both 4G and fixed line) can vary tremendously during the season and is dependent on weather and the number of people visiting the resort. The Christmas / NY and February half term weeks will likely be the most affected.

• The property is not equipped with a dryer, however there is a clothes drying rack available.

Location

La Cour des Alpes is conveniently located in the Samoens village and in close walking distance to the high speed ‘GME’ lift connecting you to the Grand Massif ski domain in winter, which boasts some of the best skiing in the world. Suitable for all levels, there is over 275km of piste to explore and plenty of off-piste for more advanced skiers. In the summer, this area is a hub for adventure sports such as hiking, mountain biking, climbing and paragliding.

Samoens Centre: 150m; Ski Lift: approx 400m (7 mins walk); Geneva Airport: 80km (1hr 15); Paris: 600km (6hrs+); London: 1,000km (12hrs+)

Changeover day for the chalet is Saturday… However please ask if you’d like a different arrival day as we can sometimes be flexible

Security Deposit amount is €600 (or £600) – Payable by Bank Transfer before arrival

Rental payments can be paid in 2 instalments – a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, the 70% balance will be due 60 days before arrival.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property
